I am a senior citizen and am on a very tight budget. Ryan was very helpful and assisted me in shopping the different companies which I found very confusing. After comparing many plans I settled on APG&E and saved money and am very satisfied with the decision…. Now you may say this woman does not make us that much money so perhaps his time could have been put to better use. I don’t think so because anytime someone speaks about their electric bill.
