I’ve always disliked energy salesman and am used to bait-and-switch tactics and fine print. I have been shocked to find that Truenergy is not “like the other guys”. Walter Moore has been upfront and honest in everything. Actual energy costs came out as expected, and he has gone miles above and beyond after the sale to provide ongoing customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone
