I would like to take a minute to recognize Ryan Williams for providing exceptional customer service. I became acquainted with Ryan through a family member who is a business owner. I was looking for a new electrical provider. I am a senior citizen and am on a very tight budget. Ryan was very helpful and assisted me in shopping the different companies which I found very confusing. After comparing many plans I settled on APG&E and saved money and am very satisfied with the decision. At this point Ryan informed me that he would be happy to help with any questions or issues that might arise. I had an issue arise after the first month APG&E double charged me and on my tight income that spelled catastrophe for me. I called Ryan who in turn called APG&E. He discovered that I had been signed up for the automatic payment plan. He remembered that I had not wanted to do that. Upon further investigation he found that the web site was set up that when you paid online you had to opt out of that plan instead of sign up for it. APG&E had debited my account and I had made a payment online. So he went back to help me recover the money which they said would be refunded at the end of the month by check. Ryan knew this would still cause me hardship and arranged with APG&E to put the money directly back into my bank account saving about a 10 day waiting period. He also had them change my online account where it could not be set up for automatic payment again.. This meant so much to me. Ryan is a very busy man and yet he was so patient, and kind to me. He helped me immensely and I will be forever grateful. Now you may say this woman does not make us that much money so perhaps his time could have been put to better use. I don’t think so because anytime someone speaks about their electric bill. I will tell them about my experience with Ryan Williams and your company. Please acknowledge Ryan for his hard work and great effort on my behalf.
