Mrs.Fawn was amazing to work with. She saved me so much money on our electric bill for our house, it was almost cut in HALF!! I was very sad when we moved to an area where we could not pick our provider, however Mrs.Fawn helped me get everything cancelled with ease and even checked in on us to make sure everything was going good after we closed our account!! Not many people do that anymore, it shows she truly cares! I will definitely be calling her back when we move again to an area where I can pick my provider!
