When reviewing our billing, TruEnergy noted we were paying sales tax in error. TruEnergy confirmed our exempt status, prepared and filed the claim for refund going back four years.
TruEnergy’s staff are detail oriented and service focused. They updated us regularly on progress of the claim. Client service is a priority. We will call on them when our electricity contract again comes up for renewal as they have the analytic skills, expertise, and industry contacts to identify the best provider and negotiate the most economical rate consistent with our needs.
