Fantastic customer service! I have a personal contact that I can reach out to if I have any concerns. When I was first setting up the contract I had several questions. April answered all my question or got back with me quickly when she was not sure of the answer. She was able to secure a long term contract at a great price. With Reliant or TXU Energy I was always having to do the contract dance every 6 to 12 months to get a good rate. I now have a better rate for a much longer time and fantastic customer service.. Win Win Win
