I have dealt with Dalyua Owens for several months on my personal residence, office, rental property and my church’s accounts. She always took the time to explain to me the process and found me the best deal in each case. Originally, she told me that my office rate was unbeatable. However, as the end of the contract got closer she was able to find me a much better rate that my previous provider. One other thing I especially like is that the contract periods are not for six months as I had on my residence with the previous broker.
