Overton-New London Chamber of Commerce

As Executive Director for a very small non-profit Chamber of Commerce, I’m always looking for ways to save money. Roy Kirk and staff have been extremely professional, as well as patient with me. I’m the only one in this office, and my Board of Directors and Officers trust my judgment. Our current provider was set up when I came here nine (9) years ago. We are tax exempt, and Roy helped me be able to read our bill accurately and understand we were being erroneously charged for some items. He also gave me phone numbers and names to contact at the Comptroller’s office to request a refund, which we could go back for the last four (4) years! That whole situation is being processed right now. Fortunately, he also was able to help us save monies in the future. My Chamber President is now interested, and I feel certain there will be other businesses who will be excited to see if they qualify, as well. I’m so grateful to be able to do business with TruEnergy when our current contract is up in October (2019).
