I am so grateful that I answered the phone that day that True Energy called me.
I actually almost didn’t because I was busy but being in sales too, I decided to take the call.
I now have a personal sales rep regarding my energy and am able to benefit from personal care and attention. I recently had to move and make some changes to that address on my account and it was so easy! I didn’t have to call anyone or wait on hold or deal with an automated machine. I just simply emailed my rep like I was emailing a personal friend and it was all taken care of very quickly. Thank you so much and I appreciate all of the help I have been provided.
