From the very beginning Deana and Amy were very helpful and informative. The first call from Deana turned out to be possibly the only sales call that I’m glad I answered. After I mentioned to Amy I was going to try out switching over to Griddy she was very encouraging to give it a try and not pushy at all to stick with a traditional style electricity plan. Once we realized the prices with Griddy were skyrocketing Amy called me before I even had the chance to call her and I’m very glad she did. She got us a rate lower than anything else we could find, even from ‘power to choose’. Fantastic customer service throughout the entire process, highly recommended!
